Voice Exercise: Foundational Lip Flutters & Trills

This progressive exercise builds breath control and vocal ease through a series of lip flutters and trills. Starting with simple airflow release, it gradually introduces more challenge—adding sustained breath control, voiced vibration, and finally pitch glides. Ideal for warming up the breath, relaxing facial tension, and creating a smooth, supported connection between breath and sound.
